When do you start charging cancellation fees??

A

Cancellation fees are based on our hotel's terms and conditions, as following:
20% on the day before; 80% on the appointed day, 100% for no-shows or no contact
* For some types of plans or reservation methods, or group reservations of 10 or more persons please contact
the hotel were you made the reservation, as the above fees do not necessarily apply.

What time is check-in/check-out ?

A

Check-in time is 15:00 and check-out time is 11:00.

What is the check-in advance service?

A

You can check-in from 8:00 a.m. on the day of your stay: we will issue your card key in advance,
so that you can head directly to your room when you return to the hotel after 4:00 p.m.
We will take your luggage into custody and deliver it to your room.

Please contact us, as it may not be possible depending on the date.
We also offer a check-in advance service, if you would like to use it.

Can I leave my luggage before check-in?

Yes, we will take it into custody, If you have time, you can use our Check-in Advance Service from 8:00 a.m. on the day of your accommodation. By this service we will issue a card key upon the check-in formalities, so you can go directly to your room when you return to the hotel after 4:00 p.m. We will take your luggage into custody and deliver it to your room.

Can you receive my luggage if I send it in advance?

Yes, we can receive it.
You are requested to indicate on the sending form: (1) your check-in date (2) The name of the person who made the reservation, in full. Please note that we cannot receive any packages by cash on delivery.

The time of the last check-in is by 11:30 p.m. Please let us know in advance if you will check in after 10:00 p.m.
You can also take use of our check-in advance service and leave your luggage into our custody.

The front door is locked after 24:00. Please use the intercom by the automatic door to call a staff.

Can I order breakfast on the accommodation day?

Yes, you can. Please note that breakfast costs 1,000 yen (tax included) for overnight guests who order it by the previous day.
* Breakfast can also be ordered on the spot, but at the general rate of 1,500 yen (tax included).

Yes, you can extend your check-out time up to 13:00, with a fee of 1,000 yen (including tax) per 1 hour for a single room, and 1,500 yen (including tax) for a twin room.

Check-out procedures will be completed if you just drop your card key in the card key collection box in front of the elevator on the 2nd floor.

Reservations can be made one year prior to the event.

Can I make a tentative reservation?

A tentative reservation is possible up to 7 days from the date when it is made.
If we receive no contact after this limit of tentative reservation, we will consider that no reservation was made.

The number of attendees can be changed within 3 persons (more or less), up to the day before the event. After that, a fee will be charged.

For meetings, you can enter from the reserved start time. For parties, you may enter 30 minutes prior to the start of the event.

Can I send my luggage in advance?

Yes, we can receive it. You are requested to indicate on the sending form:
(1) the date of use, (2) the name of the venue, and (3) the name of the banquet hall.
Please note that we cannot receive any packages by cash on delivery.

Do you have a parking lot?

A

There are 20 parking spaces available for guests using the hotel for meetings, banquets, and restaurants.
Parking spaces cannot be reserved and are available on a first-come, first-served basis on the day of the event.

Parking is available on the current day, provided that there are vacant parking spaces. The rate is 2,500 yen per night from check-in time at 3:00 p.m. to check-out time at 11:00 p.m. An additional 500 yen per hour will be charged for each additional hour before 3:00 p.m. or after 11:00 p.m.

(Meetings, banquets, and weddings)
Parking is available for free up to 1 hour before and after the event time.

(Restaurants)
Parking is free for 2 hours for a minimum spending of 1,500 yen,
and 3 hours for a minimum spending of 3,000 yen.
